Insights and Reflections about ITCZ (Intertropical Convergence Zone)

Today, I have learned that Intertropical Convergence Zone was first introduced as “Intertropical Front”. It appears as a band of clouds and usually thunderstorms that circle the globe near the equator. And it also affects the weather as it brings wet and dry seasons to the higher latitudes.
I will apply my learnings about this phenomenon in such a way that when it rains even there is no typhoon, I know that it may be caused by an ITCZ nearby.
Learnings about this phenomenon is important because we can know the possible cause of a rainy or dry weather in a certain place.
On a larger scale, I will share my learnings in this phenomenon because it can help us be aware of weather we’re going to have and the things we should do when there’s a nearby ITCZ.
I need to know more about the factors that may contribute to ITCZ and its effects to our weather and daily lives.
